Held in conjunction with the group hotel buffet fair "Oriental Oktoberfest Featuring Shine Muscat" (an experiential buffet highlighted by Shine Muscat grapes and beer-paired dishes), this limited-edition tea set brings a refined seasonal experience. Each domestic Shine Muscat grape represents "Shiratsuyu" (White Dew), the sign of autumn's arrival, crafted with a balance of sweet and subtler bitter notes to evoke the tranquil atmosphere of the season.

At the heart of the flavor profile is the pairing of Shine Muscat and Kyoho grapes. Layering the refreshingly crisp acidity of Kyoho over the rich sweetness of Shine Muscat achieves an elevated, refined finish. Notably, the "Muscat and Kyoho Tart" features a crisp crust with hidden blueberries inside, emphasizing the rich grape flavors.
