Autumn-Only "Oriental Oktoberfest": Buffet Featuring Shine Muscat Grapes & Beer Dishes
Oriental Hotels & Resorts is presenting a limited-time autumn fair, Enjoy Shine Muscat at the Oriental Oktoberfest, at participating hotels from September 1st to November 3rd, 2026. Featuring refreshing Shine Muscat grapes and savory beer dishes, this event blends seasonal flavors with the cheerful atmosphere of Oktoberfest. In the gentle air of early autumn, it's an Oriental-style participatory beer festival where you can enjoy the fun of eating your original combinations of food.
The menu features dishes designed to pair well with beer, such as "Karte Katoffel Salad," a South German-style potato salad, and "Flammkuchen," a German-style pizza. Also available are "Wagyu Goulash," inspired by traditional German stews, and an original currywurst where you can freely combine several types of sausages and flavors. Furthermore, visually appealing sweets such as Mont Blanc made with seasonal Shine Muscat grapes, Melon Cake, and jellies will also be offered.

Choose your favorite from several types of sausages, and then freely combine them with curry powder, herb mix, garlic spice, cheese sauce, and more, to create your own unique dish.
Sound design that evokes the authentic Oktoberfest experience
The venue will be featuring sonic branding designer AKIOHARA (RAW inc.) who has produced a sound design inspired by the authentic Oktoberfest in Germany. By combining the rhythm of the festivities with the atmosphere of the real thing, it is designed to create a sense of exhilaration that naturally encompasses the entire venue. The result is an Oktoberfest space that can be enjoyed with all five senses.

All-You-Can-Drink Information
During the fair, a variety of drinks including beer will be offered. Additionally, at our two Okinawa locations, you can order a tower-pitcher style beer server. We propose a unique Oktoberfest style of toasting, where you can pour for each other as a group.
