Tacos, Okinawa's soul food and a popular item at the OHO Lobby Lounge, are recreated in an oriental-style frozen mojito. Enjoy the spicy and fruity flavors, based on craft rum from Iejima, Okinawa.

Limited to just 5 groups or 10 guests per day (reservations and same-day reservations are accepted), you can enjoy an authentic afternoon tea crafted by the hotel's proud chef, who has infused it with a distinct Okinawan essence. This afternoon tea is the perfect treat for yourself, featuring a delightful combination of savory dishes and fresh and colorful desserts.

A Fusion of Flavors: French Toast and Tea
This dish combines the popular French toast from the Club Lounge breakfast with a refreshing twist. The fluffy, soft, and lightly sweet French toast is served with a cool, milky base and topped with Kinugwa Black Tea-flavored ice cream from Yambaru. This elegant combination ensures you'll enjoy a rich, high-quality aftertaste.
A Completely Free-Range Farm
INAHO FARM is located in the mountainous area of Nago City, Okinawa, with an elevation from 80 to 186 meters. Much of the expansive site (166 million square meters) is still covered in forest giving it a sense of wildness. The farm specializes in raising a rare breed of Jersey cows, representing only about 0.8% of Japan's total dairy cow population. Their unique approach involves 365 days of open-field grazing without any traditional barns. This uncommon natural grazing method ensures their cows live healthy and stress-free. INAHO FARM'S milk ice cream is made with plenty of fresh milk produced in Okinawa and is characterized by its rich, naturally sweet flavor.

OKINAWA Selection includes a line-up of 7 types of cocktails that are unique to Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa. They have been created through collaboration between our hotel bartender and Ryukyu Drink Coordinator Tomoaki Nakamura.

Yambaru Mojito ¥1,800
The Yambaru forest is expressed using the strength of Ie Jima rum, the sweetness of Okinawan brown sugar, and mint.
Yumangi ¥1,700
Yumangi means "sunset" in the Okinawan dialect which is expressed with the tropical look and the taste of Okinawa with mango juice and coconut liqueur.

The concept of Yambaru condenses ingredients grown in Okinawa's rich environment creating a blissful non-alcoholic cocktail woven together with the abundance of Okinawa and the skill of the bartender.

The beloved beef curry from the former Oriental Hotel, a pioneer of Kobe’s Western-style cuisine that captivated countless gourmets, has been recreated. This curry offers the sweetness of onions, a subtle tang of apple, and a gradually unfolding richness of spices. It carries the legacy of being called “High Curry,” a playful nod to the elegant Kobe madams who once enjoyed this refined dish. Savor the timeless taste of this culinary tradition.
