Original cocktails to scare your Halloween
Available from October 1st to 31st, 2024
Dark Clouds ￥1,500
The theme of this Halloween cocktail is "an eerie sky filled with dark spirits". Enjoy the depiction of fog clearing away, a slice of lemon representing the full moon, and smoke representing dark spirits. This drink has a refreshing taste using Okinawan rum as a base and violet liqueur.
Black & White ￥1,300
This vanilla cream is a non-alcoholic frozen cocktail made with coffee, Okinawa's famous Chinsuko sweets, and salt from Yagaji Village in northern Okinawa. Compare the different flavors of the white and black versions, or mix them together. Choose your favorite and enjoy it as a dessert in any way you like.

In line with our desire to stay committed to local ingredients and to convey the appeal of Okinawa, we are offering OKINAWA Selection, a cocktail menu that focuses on Yambaru.
OKINAWA Selection includes a line-up of 7 types of cocktails that are unique to Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa. They have been created through collaboration between our hotel bartender and Ryukyu Drink Coordinator Tomoaki Nakamura.

Yambaru Mojito ￥1,800
The Yambaru forest is expressed using the strength of Ie Jima rum, the sweetness of Okinawan brown sugar, and mint.
Yumangi ￥1,700
Yumangi means "sunset" in the Okinawan dialect which is expressed with the tropical look and the taste of Okinawa with mango juice and coconut liqueur.

The concept of Yambaru condenses ingredients grown in Okinawa's rich environment creating a blissful non-alcoholic cocktail woven together with the abundance of Okinawa and the skill of the bartender.

NEXUS Mocktail, a Seasonal Original
NEXUS means "connection" or "bond". This non-alcoholic cocktail was created and developed by pooling the wisdom and experience of group hotel bartenders. We have prepared these with the hope that NEXUS will further deepen the connections between our hotels and our guests.

Marine Sky is a bright and refreshing mocktail reminiscent of the clouds over the ocean that spread out across the beautiful sky on a hot summer day. It is recommended as an aperitif as you can feel the pleasant breeze and sunlight every time you drink it.
Center: Brighter ￥1,820
The pleasant aroma that overflows from the glass is made with plenty of citrus fruit such as yuzu and grapefruit. It is a masterpiece created to balance the rich acidity with the refreshing homemade jelly and tonic water with its gentle bitterness.
Left: Stay Gold ￥1,570
From summer to autumn, this drink expresses the change of seasons with two layers of aroma. Rosemary and mint provide a soothing and refreshing feeling, while plum and elderflower create a satisfying sweetness. The sparkle of sea glass spreading across the beautiful beach is represented by confetti with the hope that summer memories will continue to shine brightly for many years to come.
