[Starting Monday, November 2, 2026] Notice Regarding the Switch to a Reservation-Only System for Breakfast at the “RYU-BIN-KA” Restaurant.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
At “RYU-BIN-KA” our breakfast venue featuring the hugely popular seafood rice bowl corner—including “Nahamaguro” tuna that is never frozen—we have decided to switch to a “reservation-only system” starting with breakfast service on Monday, November 2, 2026, in order to alleviate congestion during breakfast hours.
In accordance with this reservation-only system, please find details regarding operating hours and reservation acceptance times below.
[RYU-BIN-KA Breakfast (Effective for breakfast service starting Monday, November 2, 2026)]
Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Last entry at 10:00 AM)
Seating Time: 60-minute time limit
Reservation Hours: From 2:00 PM the day before until 6:00 AM on the day of your visit (We are unable to accept reservations in advance.)
How to Make a Reservation: Online or via in-room extension #2 (Phone reservations accepted from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
*Dinner remains available without a reservation, as before.
