Our popular breakfast is offering two new types of Croffle Benedict
Two new menu items to further enhance breakfast time will be available at five facilities of the hotel chain brand Oriental Hotels & Resorts from Monday, June 17, 2024.
Oriental Hotels & Resorts offers a buffet-style breakfast menu perfect for the start of your important day. The new addition to the lineup is an arrangement of the "Croffle Benedict" which is made from croissant dough baked in a waffle maker and topped with a poached egg. The croffle series is popular among our guests for its crispy texture and fragrant buttery flavor. Two new dishes have been added to the lineup: the Truffle Benedict with crispy bacon and the Smoked Salmon Benedict with red shiso sauce.
Each of the restaurants in the Oriental Hotels & Resorts brand offers a wide variety of dishes from Western to Japanese cuisine using direct-from-farm local ingredients. Freshly prepared dishes are created in the live kitchens. Start your day with an elegant breakfast.
