In conjunction with our Rebrand Grand Open on March 19, 2022, our breakfast buffet was given an update. In addition to using an abundance of local Okinawan ingredients, we are also offering popular menu items that are featured in our group hotels. We hope our colorful buffet will color your stay in Okinawa!

We have many options for your breakfast including juicy, thick beef burgers, Croffle (*) Egg Benedict (a crispy texture with the aroma of butter), and freshly squeezed orange juice.

(*) Croffle is made by baking croissant dough in a waffle maker.

A new drink corner has been set up where you can instantly enjoy freshly squeezed oranges from a juicer filled with whole oranges. When there is no middle processing, the loss of nutrients is minimized and you can enjoy the pure deliciousness of the oranges in a glass.

We also offer items that are loved in Okinawa especially by Okinawan people.

Island Pork is a favorite as a morning steak.The classic Pork Egg Onigiri is also a morning favorite as well as the soft Yushi Tofu. The Okinawan people also love Taco Rice which originated in Okinawa but was influenced by American culture.

Corn Polenta Carbonara Sauce Poached Egg
Polenta, perfect for breakfast or brunch, is a popular Italian food with a smooth texture and gentle sweetness and salty taste that will make you want to eat more than one! It goes well with meat dishes such as sausages and fish dishes. Enjoy with your favorite side dish and a rich carbonara sauce.

Croffle Benedict Truffle Cream
The new way to make Eggs Benedict using a Croffle. The croffle is created using croissant dough which gives it the buttery flavor and the waffle maker gives it its crunchy texture. This one has poached eggs and crispy bacon finished with a rich truffle cream sauce.

Croffle Tartine Shrimp & Lobster Cream
This croffle is finished with a rich cream sauce over the shrimp and creamed lobster.

Croffle with Smoked Salmon & Avacado
The smoked salmon and avacado are topped with a rich cheese cream sauce.

Croque Madame Croffle
The croffle is made into an open sandwich with Paris-style white ham, rich cheese sauce, and a poached egg.

Cheese Fondue
Introducing a rich cheese sauce that you can enjoy over hamburgers, corn polenta, curry & omelet rice, etc. In fact, you can add it to anything to create your own unique arranged menu.
