Starting Friday, September 1, 2023, and continuing until October 31st "Bon Appétit! Japanese French Fair" is offering the flavors of autumn from France and Japan, the host country of the Rugby World Cup 2023. In addition, Halloween sweets will be offered for a limited time.
Starting Friday, September 1, 2023, and continuing until October 31st "Bon Appétit! Japanese French Fair" is offering the flavors of autumn from France and Japan, the host country of the Rugby World Cup 2023. In addition, Halloween sweets will be offered for a limited time.
This event is the 3rd Oriental Hotels & Resorts cross-hotel fair and will be offered at three facilities: Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay (Chiba Prefecture), Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa (Okinawa Prefecture), and Okinawa Harbor View Hotel (Okinawa Prefecture). Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay will only be participating for the month of September.
Your appetite will be stimulated by the variety of dishes created using domestic ingredients that are in season in autumn. Luxurious seafood such as mussels, squid, shrimp, and octopus are offered. Mushrooms simmered in a shellfish broth and served with pumpkin gnocchi and escargot butter sauce, roasted almonds, and garlic crust are unique items not to be missed. Bourguignon and Tian Provence, a dish made by arranging thinly sliced southern French vegetables with Awaji Island onions and anchovies as the secret flavor are offered in a colorful pizza style arrangement. This exquisite menu combines Japanese and French elements such as truffle sauce flavored with the king of mushrooms, and hashed steak made from Japanese black beef topped with various cheese sauces.
