Choose the farmer, choose the kind of beef and the animal feed and you come up with an unsurpassably delicious meat for you and your family to enjoy. MIZUTOMI, which is operating as Ryu-sen, is a collaboration project which partners with a directly managed meat wholesaler.
NOTICE OF CLOSURE
After September 2023, Ryu-sen will be closed according to the following schedule due to the start of renovation work of the guest rooms. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
