Strawberry Fair ~ A French Gourmet Journey
2026.1.31 ~ 2026.5.8

Our theme is seasonal strawberries that signal the arrival of spring and regional cuisine from across France.

This fair delivers a gourmet buffet experience themed around "A Culinary Journey Through France," accompanied by the brilliant aroma of seasonal strawberries. While showcasing the sweet and sour charm of strawberries in various dishes, you can enjoy a moment as if traveling through France by savoring the traditional cuisine inherited by each region, dish by dish. In addition to desserts centered on seasonal strawberries, the "Strawberry Parfait Workshop" (an "experience-based sweets studio") where you can create your own unique parfait will appear. Inspired by the French culture of parfaits, you can enjoy the moment of creating a one-of-a-kind parfait by freely combining plenty of strawberries, sauces, and French confections such as guimauve (marshmallows).
