■ Yachimun Pottery Showcasing the Forests of Yambaru
This custom-made Yachimun pottery embodies the hotel concept LOVE OKINAWA DISCOVER YAMBARU. These works of art were originally created by the artisans of ARTIGIANO drawing inspiration from the rich nature of Yambaru and are exquisite pieces—no two are exactly alike. The deep forest of Yambaru is expressed in the Oribe Green and the incorporated white is a color to beautifully set off the cuisine. The result is a stunning color scheme carefully chosen to enhance the food.

■ Okinawan Christmas Menu
Our savory menu features a curated selection of the hotel's most popular, spice-infused dishes. Highlights include the "Taco Tart," a flavorful combination of taco meat, cherry tomatoes, and cheese wrapped in a lettuce cup—a perfect complement to the sweetness of the Christmas desserts. In addition to our limited-edition drinks, the "Tropical Frozen" and the hotel's original blend coffee, "Mori" (Forest), our drink menu offers 10 varieties of tea and Yambaru-sourced juices like shikuwasa (Okinawan citrus), acerola, and mango.
ARTIGIANO

ARTIGIANO workshop aims to preserve and innovate the traditional Okinawan craft of Yachimun pottery. While cherishing traditional techniques, they create pottery that is suited to modern lifestyles. ARTIGIANO's RYUKYU YAKI carries the techniques and spirit of Okinawan pottery that has been passed down for 400 years. While keeping the basic aesthetic beauty of Yachimun, they pursue a minimalist, functional beauty that blends with modern life. They hope this new trend in Okinawan crafts will shape the next 100 years.
