Our Afternoon Tea set is presented on especially made for us pottery which expresses our hotel concept LOVE OKINAWA DISCOVER YAMBARU. The pottery is hand-crafted by the artisans at ARTIGIANO who are inspired by the rich nature found in Yambaru. No two pieces are alike making each one a masterpiece. The deep green color represents the dense Yambaru forest, while the white is used to beautifully highlight the food. The artisans have focused on creating a beautiful color palette that enhances the presentation of this culinary experience.

■ Okinawan Autumn Delights Menu
For the savory menu, we have carefully selected popular hotel items fragrant with spices, such as the "Taco Tart," which features taco meat, cherry tomatoes, and cheese wrapped in lettuce. This lineup is designed to complement the sweet flavors of the autumn desserts.
For drinks, you can enjoy the limited-edition "Tropical Frozen" and the hotel's original blend coffee "Mori" (Forest), in addition to 10 types of tea, and juices derived from Yambaru ingredients like Shikuwasa (Okinawan citrus), Acerola, and Mango.

ARTIGIANO workshop aims to preserve and innovate the traditional Okinawan craft of Yachimun pottery. While cherishing traditional techniques, they create pottery that is suited to modern lifestyles. ARTIGIANO's RYUKYU YAKI carries the techniques and spirit of Okinawan pottery that has been passed down for 400 years. While keeping the basic aesthetic beauty of Yachimun, they pursue a minimalist, functional beauty that blends with modern life. They hope this new trend in Okinawan crafts will shape the next 100 years.
