Each hotel within our group offers unique local dishes that represent their respective regions. We are excited to launch our next Local Menu Campaign, where three different restaurants will be selected from our 12 group hotels. During this limited-time event, you can vote for your favorite local dish from the featured options. The most popular breakfast dish from each round will temporarily be added to the menus of all 12 group hotel restaurants. Furthermore, five lucky guests who voted for the winning menu will be selected via lottery to win a complimentary hotel stay for two at the winning hotel.

2026 Part 2: Chiba, Kyoto, Fukuoka Edition
Chiba Prefecture has been a thriving center for soy sauce brewing since the Edo period. This hearty dish features savory, charcoal-grilled chicken skirt steak (hara-mi) coated in a rich, sweet, and savory soy-based glaze. Every bite releases a burst of deep flavor that is sure to satisfy.
Inspired by the beloved yuba (tofu skin) rice bowls found in Kyoto's local tofu shops, this hearty dish is elevated with the savory richness of beef. A gentle, dashi-flavored sauce with a silky glaze coats the rice perfectly, beautifully complementing the delicate texture of the yuba.
This luxurious dish brings together grilled teriyaki chicken and the savory mizutaki (chicken hot pot) broth of Hakata Hanamidori. Tender chicken thighs glazed in a sweet and savory sauce are served over rice, then finished with a generous pour of rich, golden mizutaki broth for you to relish.

● Prizes are strictly for those who applied and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
● If winners cannot be contacted, prizes may be invalidated.
