In the crisp winter air, the sweet scent of strawberries begins to drift, a delicate harbinger of the approaching spring. Known as the "Village of Strawberries" in Okinawa, Ginoza Strawberries are celebrated for their exquisite balance of sweetness and refreshing acidity.

To celebrate "Good Strawberry Day" on January 15th and the upcoming Valentine’s season, we are proud to present our special "Koikaze" (Love Breeze) Afternoon Tea. The name evokes the feeling of a soft breeze carrying the first flutters of romance—sweet, a little bittersweet, and deeply heart-warming.

The centerpiece of this experience is the Ginoza Strawberry, carefully cultivated in the village neighboring our hotel in Nago. Each ruby-red fruit shines like a gemstone, bursting with juice the moment you take a bite. While they are a natural fit for desserts, you will find their rich flavor profile pairs remarkably well with our savory selections.

For dessert items, we have paired the freshness of the strawberries with smooth milk chocolate to enhance their natural brightness, and bitter chocolate to add a sophisticated depth. Every bite offers a harmony of sweetness, bitterness, and acidity—perfect for a romantic Valentine’s season.
