Q: Can you tell me about JUNGLIA Okinawa?

Q: Are there any benefits to JUNGLIA as a partner hotel?
DetailsA: We have the rights to sell an Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase. We will also be operating a shuttle bus (paid service) exclusively for hotel guests. More detailed information will be available later.
Q: How can I get to JUNGLIA Okinawa from the hotel?
DetailsA: It is about 30 minutes (21.8km) by car from the hotel via Route 58. For information about parking lots in and around JUNGLIA, please see their official website: JUNGLIA Okinawa access page

DetailsA: There is a limited number of departures each day and a limited number of seats on the bus. More detailed information will be available later.

Q: What transportation besides the shuttle bus will be available?

Q: What is the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase?
DetailsA: This accommodation plan includes the benefit of purchasing a guaranteed admission ticket which is only available at official Partner Hotels. You will need to purchase the ticket at the front desk in addition to paying the accommodation fee. Q: The Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase is displayed as having no vacancies. Does this mean that the hotel is fully booked?
DetailsA: The hotel may not be fully booked even though this special plan may be sold out. The accommodation plan sales period is linked to the ticket sales period of JUNGLIA Okinawa. Currently, sales are available up to three months in advance not counting the current month. (For example, in June, sales would be available until the end of September.)

Q: If I do not purchase the park admission ticket, can I get a refund for the difference?
DetailsA: The Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase is sold separately from the admission ticket fee, so there is no difference. Even if you do not purchase the admission ticket, we cannot change your reservation to a different plan nor offer any refunds.

Q: Are there any accommodation plans that include admission tickets for 2 nights or more?
DetailsA: Currently, we are only offering this accommodation plan for 1 or 2 nights. If you wish to stay longer, please combine this plan with a regular accommodation plan.

Q: Can I purchase a guaranteed admission ticket for my child with the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase?
DetailsA: Yes. If you purchase the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase, accommodation for preschool children (ages 4-6) is free, but you will need to purchase a guaranteed admission ticket for your child to enter JUNGLIA. If you would like to purchase a child ticket (age 4-6), please inform us when you check-in.

Q: Are there any accommodation plans that include both the adventure park ticket and the spa ticket?
DetailsA: Currently, we are not selling the spa tickets at our hotel.

Q: I live overseas. Is it possible for me to purchase the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase?
DetailsA: There are different ticket prices for guests from overseas. We are sorry, but we are not currently selling the tickets for overseas guests. If you would like to purchase an admission ticket separately from your accommodation reservation, please purchase it directly from the JUNGLIA Okinawa official website: JUNGLIA Okinawa website

Q: Are there any accommodation plans with admission ticket purchase for groups?

Q: What is the guaranteed admission ticket?
DetailsA: This ticket can only be purchased by guests who have booked the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase. This ticket allows you to enter the park even if admission restrictions are in place due to congestion, etc. This ticket does not include the spa ticket which can be purchased separately on the JUNGLIA Okinawa official website.

Q: Where can I purchase a guaranteed admission ticket?
DetailsA: Guests who have booked the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase can purchase park tickets at the front desk when they check-in. Please check the plan details at the time of booking and the reservation confirmation email after booking for the date and price of the ticket available for purchase.

Q: Can I purchase a guaranteed admission ticket before check-in?
DetailsA: Guests who have booked the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase can purchase park tickets at the front desk before check-in time at 15:00. (Room entrance time remains 15:00.)

Q: Are there any discounts on the price of the guaranteed admission ticket?
DetailsA: The price of the ticket will be the same as on the JUNGLIA official website.

Q: Is the guaranteed admission ticket for a specific date? Can the date be changed?
DetailsA: The date for which the ticket is purchased is determined by the date of your stay. Please check the details on the reservation plan when you make your booking as well as in the confirmation email you receive after the booking. Please note that tickets cannot be canceled or reissued after purchase.

Q: Can I purchase the guaranteed admission ticket directly at the JUNGLIA park ticket counter?
DetailsA: The guaranteed admission ticket for this accommodation plan cannot be purchased at the park, so please make sure to purchase it at the hotel.
Q: Are there any tickets for JUNGLIA Okinawa available for sale at the hotel?
DetailsA: We sell guaranteed admission tickets to guests who have made reservations with the Accommodation Plan with guaranteed admission ticket purchase. We recommend purchasing other tickets on the JUNGLIA Okinawa official website: JUNGLIA Okinawa website

Q: I have already made a reservation with a plan that does not include a guaranteed purchase admission ticket. Can I add the admission ticket to the plan I already have?
