Enchanting Curry and Lovely Mango Fair, an Oriental Hotels & Resorts Group Hotel fair, will feature a lineup of curry that is perfect for the hot summer along with cool and refreshing Mango desserts. This limited fair will be offered from June 28 to August 29, 2025, at four hotels: Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay (Chiba), Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel, Oriental Hotel Fukuoka Hakata Station, and Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa.

Beat the summer heat with a vibrant curry and welcome a refreshing breeze with sweet mango delights! This fair offers a delightful array of curries and mango desserts, perfect for savoring summer's gourmet flavors.

Kobe High Curry, a spiced delight cherished in Kobe for years and a gourmet favorite, is a signature dish of Oriental Hotels & Resorts, now enjoyed nationwide, inheriting its tradition from Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. For a health-conscious choice, savor the Lamb and Chickpea Keema Curry, featuring the delightful texture of chickpeas. Explore a variety of summer curries, including Vegetable Biryani Rice and Eggplant and Potato Curry, served with rice, naan, and papadom. Enhance the authentic spiciness with mint chutney or achar.

Each Oriental Hotel offers a unique local curry: the "Addictive European-style Beef Curry" at Tokyo Bay, the Chinese-inspired "Seafood Cumin Sauce Curry" at Okinawa Resort & Spa, and the exquisite "Wagyu Beef Tendon Curry" at Fukuoka Hakata Station.
