Our hotel will waive cancellation fees if your airline informs you that the flight you are planning to use to come to Okinawa from outside the prefecture or to return home is eligible for a cancellation fee waiver (no charge). If you live within the prefecture and are unable to come to the hotel due to the suspension of public transportation, you are also eligible.
