Experience authentic European winter cuisine! "Winter Market" will be held in Chiba and Okinawa.

The 4th Oriental Hotels & Resorts cross-facility fair

The Winter Market will be held from November 1, 2023 (Wednesday) until January 31, 2024. It will be filled with menu items and drinks that will help you to enjoy the atmosphere of an authentic European Christmas market.
For our Winter Market we will be offering warm European dishes such as Swedish Meatballs accented with lingonberries, Fish Pie which is a British Royal Family tradition, and Wagyu Goulash, a Hungarian beef stew made with caraway and paprika. In addition, there will be a colorful traditional German dish Marinated Red Cabbage and Smoked Duck, a new kind of sauteed Foie Gras called Gras Foie made from chicken liver, and spicy mulled wine. These menu items are inspired by home cooking and will add flair to your holiday dining.

At a live station while the guests watch a chef will be squeezing chestnut cream creating Freshly Squeezed Mont Blanc. It is an authentic chestnut flavor with a light taste. From November 1st to December 25th, guests will be able to enjoy the Christmas version of Mont Blanc which will be decorated in the image of a Christmas tree with powdered sugar, chocolate, etc. We hope you will enjoy the performance as much as the flavor!
