Pool & Beach Activity ＆ Relaxation
There are many activities to be enjoyed by families. Energize yourself with a morning hammock yoga session, try something for the first time, or do all of the activities! Relaxing at the spa or ethetic salon are also highly recommended. All activities require advance reservation so please check the details from the links.
Hammock Yoga (Reservations Required)
Hammock yoga is a popular activity that originated in New York. In Japan it is also known as aerial yoga or antigravity yoga. You will experience balancing and stretching in the air using the hammock. It is absolutely safe for beginners as the instructor gives careful and heartfelt guidance. Groups of up to 4 persons. Reservations closed at 19:00 the day before.

Children are welcome. Those under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Churaumi Snorkeling (beach entry near the hotel)
You can easily experience snorkeling and enjoy watching the colorful fish that live in the coral reef from the surface of the water. It is perfect for beginners as you can enter the shallow water from the beach with your feet touching the ground.
Meeting Place: Garden Pool Reception
Time: 10:00, 14:00 (about 120 minutes each time)
Day: Available every day (reservations must be made by 17:00 the previous day)
Price: 4,900 yen
Target Ages: 6 to 75 years old

* Depending on terms of medical history, participation may be denied.

Churaumi Diving (beach entry near the hotel)
You will be wearing full diving equipment but enter from the shallow water on the beach which is perfect for beginners. You will see the colorful fish and coral reef up close.

Target Ages: 10 to 70 years old
